Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. What the program is

The Sinergéticos Referral Program allows a person registered as an ambassador to invite others to free in-person events and receive a commission when any of those people purchases a Sinergéticos product or service.

The program is NOT a multi-level system. Benefits are earned only from people the ambassador refers directly.

2. Ambassador registration

To participate, a person must create an account on the platform, indicate their country of residence (Mexico or the United States) and accept these terms, the Referral Program Policies and the Commission Payment Conditions.

An ambassador registered in Mexico may only refer people to events in Mexico; an ambassador registered in the United States, only to events in the United States.

Sinergéticos may remove an ambassador at any time for misuse of the platform, false information or conduct contrary to these terms.

3. Valid referrals

A referral is valid when the invited person was not previously part of the Sinergéticos contact base and registers through the platform with real information.

The platform automatically identifies each ambassador's referrals. Referrals registered through other means are not recognized.

4. Commissions

The ambassador receives 20% of the value of the product or event purchased by their referral, in the event's currency (Mexican pesos for events in Mexico, US dollars for events in the United States).

Commissions are validated within 72 hours after the event and paid within 10 business days after the event closes.

A cancelled or refunded sale does not generate a commission; if it has already been paid, it will be deducted from future commissions.

5. Rewards by number of referrals

In addition to commissions, the ambassador may receive rewards upon reaching certain numbers of referrals who have purchased a product. Current rewards are shown on the platform and may be updated; the version published when the goal is reached applies.

Rewards are in addition to commissions, unless the platform states otherwise for a specific reward.

6. Use of data

The ambassador declares they have the consent of the people they register to share their name, phone and email with Sinergéticos, which will use them to send the access pass and event communications.

Data is handled according to the Sinergéticos Privacy Notice.

7. Changes to these terms

Sinergéticos may modify these terms. Changes are published on the platform and apply from publication to new sales and referrals.
